2007- Great Britain Senior Surf Lifesaving Team – International Lifesaving Cup, Shonan, Japan – Bronze Medal
2007 – British Olympic Committee – South West Summit Member, Plymouth University,
2008 – Swimming – South West Regional Championships
2009 – Bronze Medal at the British Aquathlon Championships (20-24 age group)
2009 – Great Britain Team – World Aquathlon Championships (swim/run) - Gold Coast, Australia (12th place finish in age group)
2010 – British Aquathlon Championships. Salford Quays, Manchester – (5th place in age group)
2010 Great Britain Team – World Triathlon Championships - Budapest, Hungary.(13 place finish in age group) and 1st GBR Athlete to Finish!
2010 Great Britain Team - ITU World Series Race, London (10th position in age group)
